Shipping Policy

All Only Crafter Custom products are printed to order in the United States. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Processing Time

Orders are produced and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Large or bulk business orders may require additional time, and we will let you know if that applies to your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Options and Rates

Standard Shipping ($5.99): available for single-item orders (packages up to 1.5 lb). Delivery in 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
Express Shipping ($15.00): available for single-item orders (packages up to 1.5 lb). Delivery in 1 to 2 business days after your order ships.
USPS Ground Advantage (calculated): for orders with 2 or more items, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo, as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we are happy to help you open a claim with the carrier.
